π§ Manage subscription β
Manage your subscription at any time by visiting the Billing page.
Update payment method β
To update your payment method, follow these steps:
- Click on the Update payment method button.
- You will be redirected to the payment provider's website.
- Enter your new payment information.
- After you have successfully updated your payment method, you can close the tab.
TIP
If you close the tab before updating your payment method, your subscription will not be updated. A pending transaction will appear in your billing history. To complete your payment method update, click the Complete button.
Cancel subscription β
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Click on the Cancel subscription button.
- You will be redirected to the payment provider's website.
- Confirm the cancellation by clicking the Cancel subscription button.
- After you have canceled your subscription, you can close the tab.
NOTE
Your plan status will change to Canceled
but your premium will remain active until the end of the billing period. You can continue to use the premium features until then.
Request a refund β
IMPORTANT
Refunds are manually reviewed and are subject to our Refund policy. Please review the policy before submitting a refund request.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Cancel your subscription by following the steps above.
- Once canceled, a Request a refund button will become available.
- Click the Request a refund button to open a dialog box.
- Enter the reason for your refund request in the dialog box and click the Request button to submit.
- We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible via email.
