NOTE

Your data will be downloaded in JSON format, which can be easily imported into other applications or used for data analysis.

Still have access?

If you still have access to your account, follow these steps to download your data:

1. Go to your account Settings page.
2. Scroll down to the Account data section.
3. Click the Download data button.
4. The file download will start automatically.

Don't have access?

If you no longer have access to your account, follow these steps to delete your account:

Option 1: Recover your account

1. Follow the Account recovery guide.
2. Once you regain access to your account, follow the steps from the previous section to delete your account.

Option 2: Submit a request

1. Go to the Account data page.
2. Select the Download data request from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click the Continue button.
5. Follow the instructions sent to your email to proceed with the data download process.
